If you are an established customer with ConXts, we have many ways we can assist you.
Service Requests - This task will allow you to send your request for immediate assistance by simply our service request form.
E-Ticket – This service is for customers who have used ConXts before. This feature is a simple way for our established customers to receive technical support by filling out an e-ticket. This service is generally quicker than waiting on a call back as our technicians can log on and quickly take care of the problem(s).
Live Linx - This feature allows one of our technicians to “take over” your computer what problems you may be having first hand after receiving your permission.
F.A.Q.s - ConXts has a frequently asked questions page. If you have a question, please feel free to submit it to the following email address and we will have our technicians answer it for you.

RMA Forms– If you are currently having a problem with ConXts hardware products other than PCs, please print out the RMA form, fill out and fax to our office (918)280-9557.
Warranty - All ConXts branded systems come with a standard 3 year warranty unless otherwise noted. All non-branded systems, including but not limited to Hewlett Packard, Lenovo and Acer, will come with a standard factory warranty. Additional warranty options can be purchased through ConXts. Please contact your sales representative for more information.
